Here's my criticism... You talk about determining the amount of weight at the end - this seems to be something to mention at the beginning - small point though. Didn't get a feel for what parts of my riding this was going to focus on - maybe I missed something. I like to know exactly why I am doing something before I jump in. Is this one in a series or targeting specific elements of riding? That said I watched the video to the end and then book marked your site. Thanks.
